FirstBank Amphitheater Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons, employees, and performers, the FirstBank Amphitheater operates several rules and policies that must be adhered to. These rules are in place to help prevent accidents and injuries, and to ensure that local laws are complied with.

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited in the amphitheater:

  • » Airhorns or any other type of noisemakers
  • » Backpacks and luggage
  • » Baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, hula hoops, and any other sports equipment
  • » Beverages – including water bottles, alcohol, energy drinks, or soda
  • » Confetti
  • » Coolers
  • » Drones
  • » Electronics (with the exception of cell phones)
  • » Fireworks
  • » Glowsticks
  • » GoPros
  • » Hiking or climbing equipment
  • » Hydration backpacks
  • » Illegal drugs
  • » Inflatables of any kind
  • » Laser pointers
  • » Lawn chairs or other types of seating
  • » Outside food
  • » Pocket knives and any other items that can be a potential hazard to others
  • » Professional cameras
  • » Projections
  • » Selfie sticks
  • » Scooters, skateboards, in-line skates, or personal motorized vehicles
  • » Seating cushions larger than 18 inches wide
  • » Weapons of any kind, including props, or toys that resemble weapons

Other items that are deemed as a health or safety risk by the security team will also be banned at their discretion. Be aware that grills and fires are prohibited in parking lots and any unauthorized solicitations, including giving out samples, are not allowed. 

Bag policy

Bags will be checked upon entry into the FirstBank Amphitheater and only the following bags will be permitted into the venue:

  • » Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”)
  • » Clear plastic, clear PVC tote bags or clear vinyl bags (no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”)

Smoking policy

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the FirstBank Amphitheater, with the exception of within the designated Smoker’s Park. The Smoker’s Park can be found behind the restroom building.

Accessibility

There is a dedicated ADA Team based just inside the main gate that will be able to assist anyone who requires support. The venue is fully accessible for guests with mobility disabilities. There are designated accessible restrooms, and all concessions are accessible.

Service dogs who meet the ADA definition of a service dog are allowed in the venue if required.

ADA parking spaces are located in Lot 3 on the Main Field parking, and they are first-come, first-served, so it is recommended to arrive early to ensure an ADA parking space.

Weather policy

The FirstBank Amphitheater has a “rain or shine” policy, so events will not get cancelled due to rain. In the rare event of extreme weather conditions, it is possible that the event could be cancelled or postponed. Be aware that the amphitheater is not covered, so if rain is likely, it is a good idea to take a raincoat or poncho.

In the event of severe weather, ticketholders will be sent an update via email or text message, and the venue will also provide an update on social media. For additional information about refunds or re-issuing of tickets for a rescheduled event, use the contact details on your ticket.

There is a large choice of concessions at the FirstBank Amphitheater, which can be found on the Canyon Level and Ridge Level. These include:
