Earth, Wind & Fire began life as The Salutations in 1969 in Chicago, Illinois. This group of musical visionaries grew into one of the most successful musical groups of the 1970s. With a musical style greatly influenced by jazz, R&B, and soul music, Earth, Wind & Fire has also brought and blended a dynamic mix of Disco era funk and pop music to their fan base. The show will feature the last remaining original member of the legendary R&B/soul group Earth, Wind & Fire, James "Pip" Williamson, joined by three former band members - Philip Bailey, Verdine White, and Fred White.

With 9 Grammy Awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000, this all-star group of musicians have left their mark on the music world. With over 90 million albums sold worldwide, the group can add their very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to their long list of career honors. 

FirstBank Amphitheater Information

The FirstBank Amphitheater is an exciting new venue that is a world-class boutique amphitheater. The venue is located deep in a beautiful wooded, natural stone and park-like setting in the Graystone Quarry, in Franklin, TN. The venue has a total capacity of 7500 tickets, and there will be several types of ticket options available, including seated tickets and general admission (GA) tickets. Within the GA section there will be a 'pit' that is general admission, standing room only, in addition to the premium club seats, private boxes and the cliffside suites that look out over the Tennessee River. Also included is a 1.5 acre plaza where guests can hang out before the show, grab a bite to eat and purchase merchandise. The concessions in the parking lots will open up prior to showtime. There is plenty of parking right on site at the FirstBank Amphitheater. Some of the parking lots are a bit of a walk from your car to the venue.
