The Canadian singer-songwriter’s latest album is what inspired this tour: her album, Better Broken, was released in September of last year. Fans can expect not only tracks from her impressive discography, which has sold over 40 million albums across the USA – but also some of her newest tracks! McLachlan has earned several awards for her work, and you can expect to hear more about her three Grammy Awards, her twelve Juno Awards, as well as her inclusions in the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame. You’ll enjoy her pop and folk sounds and her legacy as the founder of the iconic music tour Lilith Fair. Outside of her incredible music career, McLachlan is known for her passion for animal welfare as well as her work through her organization, the Sarah McLachlan School of Music.

Allison Russell

Allison Russell will also be making a special appearance alongside Sarah McLachlan, Grammy-winning musicianship in tow! You can expect incredible folk, Americana, roots and blues elements from this co-headlining performer! Russel’s latest album is September 2013’s The Returner; fans can expect to hear and hear a little bit about all of her impressive skills as a multi-instrumentalist. You might recognize Russell from her birthplace of Montreal but she now calls Nashville her home. Fans can expect to see Russell’s impressive track record of awards for her work! You might know her already for her Grammy Winning Best American Roots Performance award as well as her multiple other Grammy nominations; you might also know her Juno Award as well as multiple Americana Awards, UK Americana Music Awards and even some Canadian Folk Music Awards! You might enjoy Russell’s music that focuses on lessons she has learned throughout her life, sharing that connection with audiences around the world. Allison was a self-taught musician who was also once part of bands like Birds of Chicago and Our Native Daughters.
